I have booked 2 tickets for 5th March from rail yatri and tickets get auto canacelled as seat did not confirmed, when I cal irctc they said refund has been initiated and I can see on irctc app also but I did not get any refund in my account when I call to rail yatri they are not giving any response and on mail also they are not giving any response.
