Railyatri — Request to refund the ticket amount which was not done through your side

I was book the train ticket through Railyatri site on dtd. 20.02.2023 and amounting Rs. 1931 was deducted from my account but ticket has not done by Railyatri & no any booking id generate by Railyatri.

I have regularly follow-up for that refund through email with Railyatri customer care but no response there side.
