Railyatri — return of product order id : rm-3142

Hai, I have purchased earphones from rail yatri and now I want to return it. there are no instructions on the website or in the app except for the statement in the app that 'EASY RETURN'. I contacted the customer care but they said that electronic items cannot be returned. But this is not mentioned anywhere in the app. As a customer, this should have been properly informed that return is not possible before the purchase. This is indeed an unprofessional way of dealing with the customer. I hope that this query will be resolved as soon as possible. be resolved as soon as possible.
I have also attached the screenshot from the app which according to Rail Yatri has the information that electronic items cannot be returned.
