Railyatri — transaction error

I have booked my tkt from pune jn to hatia and my trasaction done twice for a single tkt. Plz refund my money. First transaction shown me that the transaction is not completed tht is an error occured plz try again. So i tried twice then i got a msg from bank that is your accnt is debited 724 rupees and then i got another msg that is also your accnt is debited 724 rupees. P lz help to refund my money.
