We are totally ten hundred families residing in our locality. We are facing a severe problem of growing instances of power failure for the last three months in our locality.
In our locality there are many students who are preparing for their upcoming board exams as well as for other final examinations. But, this irregularity in electric supply is causing obstacles in their preparation. Sir, you also know, so the old people facing it very difficult to tackle the problem. The problems of current supply also lead to some other illegal activities in our locality.
We have already given many complaints to our local authority. They are always giving us empty promises and doing nothing. So kindly am requesting you to look into this matter personally. If you do the needful then i shall be very much thankful to you.

I have made payment of Rs. 561/- (including taxes) through netbanking while filling the form of RRVUNL for the post of Commercial Assistant having fees of 550/- and the amount has been debited from my account of central bank but it is not reflecting in my application form, it is still showing unpaid. Please find the screenshot attached.

Please help me in this regard. I will be highly obliged to you.

Online form work but date of birth option not work for select year option.

Please solved it proble becoz form not submit without fill it.

मैं नागौर जिले के हरसोलाव गांव से हु, हमारे गांव में गर्मी शुरू होते ही बिजली कटौती शुरू हो जाती है,
जब बिजलीघर में कटौती का कारण पूछते हैं तो सालों से एक ही जवाब मिलता है LD मेसेज है। दिन हो या रात कभी भी बिजली गुल हो जाती है। हमेशा ये ही जवाब मिलता है कि LD मेसेज हे। अब गर्मी और मच्छर के इन दिनों में भी रत को 3-4 घंटे बिजली कटौती होती है। आखिर कब तक ऐसा चलेगा?

So you are requested to take appropriate action.

I am writing this mail to all you senior officials in the hope of justice. I also tried to contact electricity board customer care and provide the feedback to them. But seem no satisfactory response is coming from there.

And I suspect, If you order for core investigation, the AEN Palini and JE might be found involve in the conspiracy to disconnect my electricity connection.

AEN Pilani and AEN Surender ([protected], [protected]) from Bhuvana under khetri, district - Jhunjhunu might be involve in this conspiracy to disconnect this connection illegally to use their power in the electricity department.

This is to bring to your notice that I am Rajender Singh S/o Shri Ramji lal having electricity connection (K No.[protected], Khata No. 2214-199 in the name of Ramji lal). There is no electricity from last 5 days (from 15th January 2018) at my place. When I got to know the reason from Pliani electricity board office, Senior official AEN refer that my electricity bill is due for payment. I immediately paid amount inclusive current month payment of Rs. 8124/-. On asking the duplicate Electricity Bills of last of two months, which I have not received till date, they refused to provide the same and told me to talk to AEN officials for duplicate bills.

When I went to AEN Officer, he ignored my request and did not receive & acknowledge my application for issue of duplicate bills of last two months. After that, I contacted Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, Customer Helpline No. to provide me duplicate bill and repair my faulty line. They assure me to send the line man to rectify the issue as soon as possible.

After few hours, one Junior Engineer (Contact No.: [protected]) contacted me to verify the location. Later, when I tried to know the status of the complaint, the engineer replied me that AEN Sir (Senior Official) told him to hold the complaint and he also told me that you did not pay a receipt of Rs. 600/-, which they did not receive at the time of bill payment of Rs. 8124/-, which I also tried to paid as I get to know the process. But they refuse to take the receipt payment Rs.600/-

I suspect that somebody from outside are trying to disconnect the electricity connection intentionally or they are using their power to hold my complaint.

Due to all this situation, my whole seasonal crop will be damaged if I unable to water in the crop field for next one to two days, due to electricity problem and it will be my huge loss. This is the only source of income to me.

I am asking some questions through you –

1. Why they did not send me notice before disconnection?

2. Why they did not accept Rs. 600/- receipt amount for the re-connection?

3. Why they refuse to provide me duplicate bills, is this not consumer right to ask for duplicate bill copy?

4. Why they did not accept my application request for rectify the connection after due payment?

5. Why the Junior Engineer was trying to hide his identity, when I asked his name?

6. My complaint No.[protected] dated 17.01.2018 status is still pending and nobody is giving me any updates.

7. Because of above all, if I lose my crop then this must be recover from the responsible people who involve in this conspiracy.

Please take this issue seriously and take appropriate action to solve my problem as soon as possible, otherwise I will go through a big loss due to seasonal crop damage.

Or is hi ke dwara ha farming, domestic use karte ha... Ham economically kamjor ha.. Hence aapse anurodh ha ki meri is complaint ke bare me immediately action liya jaye... I have a electricity connection from jaipur vidhut vitran nigam limited jaipur (K. No.[protected] name with prakash chand s/o suraj mal jain. July month bill issue from jvvnl amount of rs.1620/- with last 7898 unit meter reading dated 01/07/2017. But when i see meter on 18/07/2017 then meter show only 7225 unit. It means already 673 unit more reading by jvvnl. I have a complain by mail to xen tonk but no response. From last six months home lock no body there but jvvnl charge to me illegally more & more. Please help me

I am from village-shambhugarh block-asind dist-bhilwara.in our area (Regar mohall) a electric pole position is changed from one place to other place due to their is construction is going but where the pole is now plotted their is already house are constructed and the wires are passes a ove a house so the new place of pole is to according to indian standard of electricity board so a strong action taken against this as soon as possible.

I received my electricity bill about rs. 3000 which is quite high as i never got since got the connection.in fact, i visited india from 26 january to 15 march and even used the airconditioner heater my bill was lower than this.

I am overseas since 15 march and the only things which connected are refrigerator and water filter which are not in use. I wonder how could my electricity consumption is rs 3000?

I spoke to mr kohly, assitant engineer about this and sent an sms yet i had to call him 2-3 times who told me that whether i had sent him a message. Subsequently, he hung up on me without further investigation.

Please be advised that if i do not hear a satisfactory response with reasons i am afraid i will take up the matter with utility ility commission or consumer court.

This is Aman Agarwal from Village Hajipur Distt Alwar want to take your Consideration towards the problem faced by people of village Hajipur thatWe are not getting Electricity in day time or night time. We are not getting Electricity even 4 hours in a day. How one can servive in this hot summer season without electricity where temperature is rising to 45°C. There is always some issue while we go and ask that why electricity has been cutoff and they didn't even reply to us. So kindly help us in solving this issue.

I am residencial of madni masjid ward no 18, fatehpur shekhawati, dist sikar. From 10 days in our area electric voltage has not stable it varies from 250- 300 above. Lot of electric appliances are destroyed in area. We complain to local department but they cannot do attention towards it. They demand for bone for this work from area people. So plz solve ur problem.
