Dear Sir/ Madam
This is to bring into your kind consideration that I had applied and registered for RFID Card ([protected]) on 05.12.2021 as a Senior citizen and paid 115 rs to deliver at my home address. On checking status online its showing DISPATCHED still after 30 days. Please look into the matter and resolve it asap. Details are given below:

Comments

I have been issued the RSRTC Smart card no.[protected] for varishth nagrik category. The card is valid from November 2019. I was issued concessional tickets from the counters but once a conductor of the bus inserted the card in ticket issuing machine he told that card is not working.
Kindly look into the matter and confirm its compatibility with the machine.

I had applied fir RFID smart card on 17/8/22 with fee Rs.115 vide T/id.YCPH[protected] and application number 76564. I have received message regarding despatch above card on 20/8/22 but my card not yet received till date. Please look into the matter and early action.
