The driver and conductor of Rajasthan Roadways Bus No. RJ09 PA 4048 misbehaved and also did not stop at Chaumu bypass stand, while stopping his knowledgeable people midway along the way. He misbehaved with me and said that where to complain, do it there.
This was done because the conductor was not giving the ticket from Jaipur to Chaumu even after taking the money.
Due to this, the driver and conductor misbehaved with jealousy...

I am daily up down passenger of RSRTC bus which starts at 6:45am from Sawai madhopur to Alwar.

Today the driver was driving the bus very fast and zig zag manner. 2-3 times the bus was about to accident. The driver neither follow the traffic rules nor does he care about the consequences of breaking them.

When we asked the driver to drive safely then he misbehaved us and asked us not...

Sir with due respect i want to say that while traveling From Delhi to sikar (Rajasthan) the bus conductor at night time doing mis behaviour or mischief with the passenger as am the live example as i bought 3 tickets including 2 women and cost of 3 tickets is 823 and i gave him 1000 but he refused to give 150 and gave only 20 while taking all the remaining money he refused to give and saying that am too old then you and giving lecture...

On 19th March I booked a bus ticket and canceled it just the next day.
It has been 13 days now still I received no refund money. I mailed to RSRTC, registered many complaint tickets on their site but no results. I did not get my money till now

I started my journey in RSRTC bus no. RJ14PE5248, from jaipur for Bhilwara.
It was normal till Ajmer but after while it became life harming journey for all o[censored]s.
Bus Driver was full of alcohol. We complained to Conductor. Instead of doing something he started shouting on us and abusing bad words.
The speed was abnormal.
I witnessed 5 times near death experiences..

At the Khirki Dhaula toll (Gurugram, Haryana) on 19th Feb 2021 at 12:45 noon, the driver hit my car from the rear while we were stationary and then absconded. Since the bump from the rear was so sudden and forceful, we were quite startled but luckily not injured. My car sustained a damage costing ₹9000 rupees. The driver was a coward and just drove away - he was not even apologetic.

Bus number RJ-19-GP-6495 is overcrowded and they issued ticket even after being overcrowded. Also they falsely gave information that seats will be provided once the bus departs. This is total exploitation of the passengers. The bus service provider is also very rude and reluctant to admit his mistakes. Their are multiple rules broken here. Hope to get proper response to the said event....
