I am a college student and goes to phagi daily from jaipur and our student card is not being made so i with some other students are facing financial issues regarding roadways tickets. We hope that student card will get started soon again.

I book ticket through rsrtc app payment successful but ticket has not been generated...solve it

Merta-Lambiya-Raas this roll road is taking toll to vehicles and complete road is broken with big patholes, every hatchback and sedan car which run in this toll road are completely broken and some of them stuck in the muds please help

I had booked my ticket online from bandar sendri to Nathdwara and following is the text of the message i had received after I had booked the ticket bearing the bus details etc. (NR NO: NTWRE[protected], Ticket No:[protected], Journey dt-tm:[protected]:50:00.0, Route: BNDS TO NTWR Bus Type: EXPRESS, Seat No: 22 Fare Amt: 279.0, Thank you for online booking. - RSRTC),
I was travelling today from Bandar sendri (Ajmer) to Nathdwara in Beawar Depot bus bearing number 4906 in the end.
What happened was that Bandar sendri has stoppage and this bus did not stop at the Bandar Sendri stop, where it should have been stopped in normal circumstances to pick up the passenger and I had to travel to Kishangarh New bus station to catch it, which is 16 kms away from the bandar sendri, thankfully in time I was able to catch it somehow by reaching the New kishangarh Bus Station.
I humbly seek following reliefs:
1. That stern action should be taken against the conductor and the driver of the Bus.
2. The Conductor and drive should be made aware of all the stoppages and the details of the passenger, who had booked ticket online in good faith that he will be able to board the bus from the respective boarding station.
3. I want your honourship to provide the adequate compensation which you deem fair and reasonable in the present facts and circumstances (as the passenger had to travel to New Kishangarh Bus station by himself and also the mental dilemma that whether or not I will be able to catch the bus or not and further which bus will I be boarding and other arrangements etc.), to make the good loss suffered as a result of the wrong, as far as money can do so, by applying the well settled principles relating to the award of compensation.

I raised the ticket of refund on http://180.92.171.70/uvdesk/public/en/customer/create-ticket/
but got no refund till now they say refund will get in 7 working days but I did not get it.

I can't express my personal feeling on this portal other wise I can abuse every govt. Personnel of Rajasthan transport and Rajasthan govt also. Why such kind of things are you doing? I[censored] can't run your bus freely for reet examiner then you shouldn't promise to us. It's totally fake promise and after promising you are not runing your bus.you don't need to do free your bus, we can pay for that but atleast you have to run your bus.worst govt Rajasthan and their transportation. I feel bad to say that I am resident of Rajasthan. Again I want to abuse ****### please don't play with our feelings anyway

I was trying to book ticket on rsrtc online booking site but the transaction failed. Money was deducted from my account but ticket was not booked. My transaction details are -
Booking date - 20 September
Amount - 718
Boarding point - jaipur
Destination point - chirawa

Please sir jaipur to rajsamand ticket book kiy th but amount 367 rupes debit ho gay and ticket book nhi huy .amount refund bhi nhi huy please help me

I was waiting for bus for ajmer at 200 ft bypass where every bus whether private or buses from RSRTC or buses of other states halt for passengers. The conductor of bus said that come there is seat and when I got into the bus there was no seat so many of the co passengers had to stand. When many o[censored]s said that stop the bus we want to get off the bus he acted like he did not heard a single word and after few kms he said whoever has an issue with no vacancy of seat can get off, how can he expect passengers to get off at somewhere he knows that it will be very difficult to get government bus from there. And not only this, the conductor is not wearing mask like there is no corona in India and whereas the state police take fine for not wearing mask inside a car in which usually family members are there which once are inside home will eventually take off the mask, how can any conductor be so irresponsible, who will take responsibility of his sheer negligence, what if due to him i get covid 19 ? This is not the end of the story, this bus is overcrowded and everyone has paid ticket but what about providing a seat to them ? The driver of the bus is using phone regularly while driving the bus. Some o[censored]s have to reluctantly sit either on the engine or in my case I am sitting on a water jar, who is going to be responsible if i fell off the bus due to this cause I am sitting near the gate as I cant stand for long duration and also nobody should be compelled to stand for this long after paying full fare. I hope RSRTC take some action before the consumers are forced to go to Consumer Protection Courts. Photos and videos are in my phone please contact me through email to verify the above said events ([protected]@gmail.com) and I would like to get notified about the actions taken by RSRTC in a reasonable duration of time or else I will be forced to go to consumer court.

Traveling from Rohat to Jalore
Road is pathetic for last 2 years now it has become undrivable it hurts when we pay toll also for the same

There are 42 seats in RJ36PA3065 and more or lees there was 60-65 passengers some were sit and some standing . Me and my brother was traveling from Bhilwara to vijainagar. All the buses were overloaded by passengers and there luggage. I can send the video of the bus .
Hope goverment will take initiative ASAP!

Fare is undecided. Bus conductor is charging 50 rs from Jhunjhunu to chanana actual fare is 30 rs

The driver and conductor of Rajasthan Roadways Bus No. RJ09 PA 4048 misbehaved and also did not stop at Chaumu bypass stand, while stopping his knowledgeable people midway along the way. He misbehaved with me and said that where to complain, do it there.
This was done because the conductor was not giving the ticket from Jaipur to Chaumu even after taking the money.
Due to this, the driver and conductor misbehaved with jealousy and did not stop the bus at the right place due to which I had to face a lot of trouble.
Kindly take appropriate action against both of them.

सर, जोधपुर से जयपुर तक चलने वाली बस, जिसका नंबर RJ-09-PA-4818 है, इस बस के ड्राइवर ने, (जिसका नाम हीरालाल है) 7:40 पे ब्यावर से चलके 10:10 पे किशनगढ़ से कुछ दूरी पर चलके एक होटल पर 50 मिनिट का ब्रेक लिया, जिससे बस में बैठी सभी सवारियों को परेशानी हुई, और जब सवारियों ने ड्राइवर से कहा कि ज्यादा देर मत लगाओ चलने में तो ड्राइवर ने सवारियों के साथ गली गलोच करना शुरू कर दिया। और सभी का कहना है कि ड्राइवर ने उस होटल पे ड्रिंक भी की है और ड्रिंक करके गाड़ी चला रहा है।
आपसे निवेदन है कि कृपया ऐसे ड्राइवर पर थोड़ा ध्यान दे जिससे जनता को परेशानी न हो।

Dear sir,

I am daily up down passenger of RSRTC bus which starts at 6:45am from Sawai madhopur to Alwar.

Today the driver was driving the bus very fast and zig zag manner. 2-3 times the bus was about to accident. The driver neither follow the traffic rules nor does he care about the consequences of breaking them.

When we asked the driver to drive safely then he misbehaved us and asked us not to travel in that bus. His behaviour was very rude.

I am only informing you about the incident which might be converted into accident.

Plz take action against driver.

After registration, I received the receipt, which is receipt number 32355. Related officials have told me that I think a month in release of smart cards. But according to the receipt's date it should be distributed on 03/05/2021. If you are the authorization, please release me smart card soon. That's why I can believe in Rajasthan Roadways. I am currently travelling in rsrtc bus indore-udaipur from ratlam to banswara .
The bus is completely full and 80% passengers are without maak please take strict action against them.

Bikaner depot not providing bus facility from Bikaner to Bewar Via Merta city, Jaitaran and Nimaj and War it is very shortest root for bewar from bikaner
Passengers are sufficient and want to travel from Bikaner to Bewar via Jataran, it will be beneficial for passengers as well as public welfare and economically and financially beneficial for road ways. There is no bus of roadways from Bikaner to Bewar via Jaitaran it is also Toll road and highway.
Please consider the above route in interest of public and road ways
