Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation [rsrtc] — Negligence regarding not wearing mask and using phone while driving bus also not providing seat even after reserving ticket. | |
I was waiting for bus for ajmer at 200 ft bypass where every bus whether private or buses from RSRTC or buses of other states halt for passengers. The conductor of bus said that come there is seat and when I got into the bus there was no seat so many of the co passengers had to stand. When many o[censored]s said that stop the bus we want to get off the bus he acted like he did not heard a single word and after few kms he said whoever has an issue with no vacancy of seat can get off, how can he expect passengers to get off at somewhere he knows that it will be very difficult to get government bus from there. And not only this, the conductor is not wearing mask like there is no corona in India and whereas the state police take fine for not wearing mask inside a car in which usually family members are there which once are inside home will eventually take off the mask, how can any conductor be so irresponsible, who will take responsibility of his sheer negligence, what if due to him i get covid 19 ? This is not the end of the story, this bus is overcrowded and everyone has paid ticket but what about providing a seat to them ? The driver of the bus is using phone regularly while driving the bus. Some o[censored]s have to reluctantly sit either on the engine or in my case I am sitting on a water jar, who is going to be responsible if i fell off the bus due to this cause I am sitting near the gate as I cant stand for long duration and also nobody should be compelled to stand for this long after paying full fare. I hope RSRTC take some action before the consumers are forced to go to Consumer Protection Courts.
