Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation [rsrtc] — Regarding refund

I had booked ticket from Ahmedabad to pavti on dated 28.12.2024 at 18:16 and Rs.504.50 money deducted from my account but ticket not generated.

Kindly refund the amount. I already had send email to [protected]@gmail.com on 28.12.2024, 07.01.2025, 12.01.2025 & 13.01.2025 along with the screenshot of transaction even I called to helpline number [protected] & [protected] multiple times but noone received the call.. Worst service provided by rsrtc. Toll free number doesn't work.. The complaint numbers and mail ids are only for showcase.. no action were taken for mails.. worst service of rsrtc
