Rajdhani / Yamuna Power [Bses] — Incorrect bill | |||||
As our home was closed since Oct'16 however we have paid our electricity bill since Dec'16 pending of nominal amount for the month Jan & Feb, but we have received the bill of 10240 rs. We also received notice related to same. Can you please help us out with the same if no one is living in the home then how come bill of 10240 rs generated.when we complaint regarding the same concern at your office at krishna nagar they informed us that if home was closed then we can share electricity bill as per their wish. Even when I called customer care related to same concern, one of your officer Prakash spoken to me very rudely, did not even understanding my conern, he was arguing with me, however two agents disconnected the call as I told them that I want to talk to your supervisor.
