      Online payment was not success but 1850 fess amount debit rgpv but not forward my from please sir i requested is my exam form today have last day
      which was deducted while filling the form 1850 rupees of exam form fees, which was deducted while filling the form of Akansha

                          I am student of 5th semester from engineering background. Today(21/01/21), I have tried to fill the examination form of rupees 1850 and when I tried to fill the details of my debit card it showed again and again that "please enter valid Rupay number" and after it showed error and 1850 rupees was debited from my bank account and rgpv site is still showing that examination form is not filled.
                          Please, consider my problem.

                              I was renewing Annual Subsciption of RGPV on[protected] around 9 P.M. through union bank internet banking I filled all the transactional details and went for payment but it showed an error and amount of Rs. 118 got deducted from my bank account and also the subscription didn't renew.

                              I again tried renewing it on[protected] around 9 A.M. and the same thing happened.

                                  Sir, i tried filling RGPV examination form for Btech 3rd semester of Rs.1850 through debit card but it clearly showed "TRANSACTION FAILED. PLEASE TRY AGAIN." So I tried for several UPI apps but it denied payments and showed error. At last, i payed examination fee from another account and it was payed and showed form submitted to RGPV .

                                  But at night a bank statement message pinned that the payment of Rs1850 has been deducted from my account. Which means RGPV has received amount of Rs.1850 twice from my side. I have launched a complain regarding the same to my bank's customer care service and i want to complain for refund against RGPV.

                                  Please look in the matter and get me my refund back.

                                      I am an RGPV pass-out student. I had applied for my Graduation degree( MITS, Gwalior college - B.E - IT Branch) about an month ago.
                                      In order to apply for my Master's, I need my degree urgently. I am ready to apply for the tatkal option(if any) or visit the RGPV, Bhopal campus but no one in the office seems to respond to the calls.

                                      I have been trying to contact the office from last 2 days with no answers. Tried almost all the numbers present on the website or customer service but they don't seem to be responding.
                                      This unprofessional and unethical behavior of the staff is putting students' career at stake. I request you that strict action should be taken against such irresponsibility.
