[Resolved] Ramph Global Private Limited, — Delay in Order Delivery | |||
I had ordered 2 Apollo Amazor tubeless tyres from Tyre on Wheels on 29 Sep 14 and waited almost for a week to know the status. No one from the company updated me the status and i got fed up following up with them The reason always they were quoting me was no stock but their website always displays In stock status of the same product. Finally after multiple follow ups they came and fitted the tyres on the 16th day from order placed date. But The nitrogen in the new tyres fitted was leaking out in 3 days and i had to re fill in the same again and again. When i got it checked there was 2 holes on the side layer of the tyre and i had to return the same to Ramph Global for replacement. Unfortunately Apollo is not ready to provide any replacement quoting it's not manufacturing defect though there is a 5 years warranty. They were also quoting that this kind of issue arises if the fitting is not done properly. Not sure who's fault is but i'm suffering by paying money. No proper written information provided either by Ramph Global or from Apollo on what all covered under 5 years warranty. Never recommend Apollo tyres as well as Tyre on Wheels to anyone...
