Complaint against rana motors service center gurgaon, My vehicle No.HR 26 BS 1393 Alto LXI Purchased by rana motor and regularly timely serviced by rana motors agency, last service done jan.2018.But after running only 4000 KM my vehicle was not run/working properly.I sent my vehicle to rana service center ggn after checkin by your agency mechanic due to engine seized but there is no leakage or anything through which engine oil has been passed away This will be the negligence of your staff i.e. either he will not pour engine oil or put burnt engine oil For the same my vehicle is in your workshop for past 22 days, Till date no action has been taken .This will be the responsibility of your staff to do needful but still they are giving excuse.So I want to know from your side that why I shall not go to cosumer forum and after putting a case why shall I not Distribute the notice copy to the media, so the people will beware before moving to rana motors.

    Dear sir,

    I have taken a vehicle insurance policy for dl9cab9959 from one of your executive, ms neetu on 19/06/2018.

    I was supposed to receive the policy by your staff by 20/06/2018, but till the time, no one has turn up for delivery of documents and others.

    Pl cancel the policy immediately and refund back all sum.

    I had booked a swift car through Rana Motors Gurugram on 23rd May 2017 through CPC and now due to non receipt of CPC rates, I had cancelled my swift car booking by visiting Gurugram showroom on 15 July 2018 and refund cheque received by showroom on 21Jjuly 2018 but not yet deposited in my account inspite of my repeated requests.

      I am 15 years old customerof rana moters but from last 2 years they reduced their service quality. I was send my celerio car no 2621 to work shop for danting painting on 11/6/18 they stolen my key chain of cost rupees 300.. One year ago i was send my swift to rana moters they stolen side beading of car after completing again and again they provide me local beading.. I think they open new showroom from the earning of stolen articles of customers.

        I have a wagon r cng lxi model. I had my car serviced and it cost my 20k rupees. Rohan motors greater noida kept my car for about 2 days for service and did the worst job possible. After service my car lost a significant amout of mileage. Few days after my car ac stopped working. My car's cluth became hard, and now i cant even change gears, gears have become wayy to hard. Before service the car was absolutely fine. After service they destroyed it. The award of worst service of all times goes to rohan motors greater noida. They dont even have skilled labourer that can indentify the problem in my car, it took them 3 hrs to identify the source of just a small noise in my car. The service cost me 20000 rupess then ac repair cost me 4000 rupees, now i have to change my cluth, i will cost me a lot of money just because of their service. I recommend you to have your free service here, then switch to another dealer. I am definitely switching. These guys destroy cars to earn money.

          I got my new swift car from rana motors janak puri and was getting back to back call from them for my first service due. I sent my car for service and then person came to pick up my car.
          I was half sleeping when the guy came to pick my car and gave him the keys.

          When i got my car back, my reverse camera was spoiled by them. And it was not working. Not sure what they did with that camera.

          Also, i forgot 3 minetures of 100 pipers in my car, which i purchased last night and that was missing. Its okay though but i will not recommend them at all for service.

          Not worth it. Will send my car somewhere else for service next time. Regretting.

            We have losted a sunglass after the service rana motors . And we call them they clearly says no and were talking us in a very rude type of way . If i will not get my sunglass back . Then i have to complaint in police station . And the service was done very very bad for which they have taken money around 10000 which was not worth for that service. So now if you will not give my sun glass back i will take a action on rana motors service center bcoz i am sure that somebody in them has robbed my sunglasses during the service

            I will never send my car back to rana motors service center because . 1st thing is that the service done was literally third class type and 2nd thing is that if i forgot to take my glass out before the service, that means during the service it will be robbed by someone . I will suggest who is reading the message and a maruti customer please dont send your car for service in rana motors

            They also damaged our navigation system and screen and our car was executed by sanjeev kumar who works in rana motor service center who says now that this is not our mistake about all this robbing and cleaning

              1. My vehicle was submitted at rana motor workshop on april 4, 2018. As promised, i was suppose to get my vehicle on monday april 9, 2018. Therefore, i took a time off from my work and reached your workshop on the monday morning. However, my car wasn't even touched until the promised delivery date. Post my interference, the team started the work. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. The company needs to understand and value customer time and money.

              2. I kept a close eye on my vehicle but still it took 6.5 hours (From 10 am until 04:30 pm) for me to get my vehicle. The technician/mechanics were not capable of delivering my vehicle on time.

              3. Space crunch: after getting my vehicle washed, i waited for 45 minutes to get it out from the ramp due to long que of vehicles and no driver available to manage the same.

              4. The technician/service boy started telling me to get the gate pass; however, due to your server issue, i waited for another 20 minutes to pay my bill.

              5. Post completing all my formalities, i was all set to take my vehicle; however, i noticed a scratch on left doors (Front and rear), which wasn't there before.in addition, the insurance claim was for left side only. When i raised that point, their workers told me that the scratch was there earlier. Instead of accepting their mistake, the body shop workers started telling me that the scratch was their earlier and same was not done by their end. Their workshop boys drive customer vehicle in the most inappropriate manner. I doubt whether all those workers have a valid driving licence.
              Later, their team accepted their mistake and applied the paint on both the doors which can be observed easily.
              In reply to their apology email, i had clearly indicated that i have no faith on rana motors to get my issue resolved at their workshop. Neither i'm looking forward to come their workshop to resolve that paint issue and get another scratch.

              As i have paid the total amount i. E. Inr 6000/- which they asked against my original claim, i would like to move forward and get your their gifted scratches rectified at some other maruti workshop. Since those dents and scratches was due to rana motors negligence, i would like to claim the cost that would incur to fix the issue from rana motors itself.

              Kindly help!

                Hi sir i purchase baleno delta on 23 feb 18 from ifco chowk gurgaon show room. My tem reg no. Was hr 26 temp 12957 and reg no. Is up 14 dn 7757. I paid rs 48500 + 5000 for registration of my vehicle. However a receipt of only 46559 has only fwd to me. An amt 5000 was in cash was paid to me shambo saying that kvp of same amt is required for registration from up. I received the rc but when i asked about the kvp or 5000 amt he not giving any response after repeated call and messages. It near 10 days and cat and mouse game is on. Therefore i want that full details of amount spent on rc and what about kvp if purchased then certificate or else refund the all unspent amount. Please accord priority it already too late.

                  Harassment is going on from the very first day of the delivery of the car, car seat belt covers were covered with scratches when delivered and also car was in filled with dirt and mud, secondly in the first service car was given neat and clean and it was, when delivered it was again in dirt, mud, water on the car mats there is also an mechanical function fault, look into the matter and provide valid solution, so that further discomfort could be avoided.

                  Kindly solve the problem to the earliest.

                    I have purchased a swift desire vxi from companies (Rana motors near mg road metro station) it was my first purchase of a car. So i was not aware about whole process. How to make a finance nd purchase a car then we met mr. Lokesh kumar. He is a team leader of rana motors company. Then he suggested us nd we also went according he suggested. Nd he delivered our car 16th november. That time he said companies will not make your car document. And all the documents i will do complete nd provide you. Then we believe him nd he took us to 28000 rs regarding car documents. Now he denied us. And his behaviour also completely change using abuseing language and all that. And we don't know how to complete all over process
                    Plz help me and take a strong action against mr. Lokesh kumar

                      Mere first service rana se karwaye aur unhone mere car ko sirf wash kiya koi bhi checkup nahi kiya aur sirf wash me 3 ghante lage aur customer lounge bhi itna ghatiya jaha koi tea tak nahi puchta khud 3 baar mangne pe chai mili aur to aur us chai me kida pada hua tha... Very bad service aur car bhi ache se wash nahi ki andar se waise ki wasie thi.. Aur ab mujhe 2nd service k liye call ati hai bolte hai sir ek baar aur chance de do.. Par bhaiyo kabhi bhul k bhi rana se serive mat karwana.. Aur in se gaadi bhi mat kharido... Pathetic rana motors

                        Today i gave my Ertiga HR 55 AB 0629 for 2nd free service to the Sector 17-18 service center in Gurgaon. The car is picked by the Service center Driver on my request at around 12:00 Noon. Later at around 16:00 hrs i got a call from the deputed driver to take the deliver at my place. But i am really in a mode to shock, "BECAUSE THE DUST PARTICLES ARE AS ITS IN THE CAR, WHICH IS AT THE TIME OF PICKING UP OF THE CAR AND ONCE I OPEN THE CAR BONNET, HERE AGAIN THE DUST IS SITTING ALL OVER THE ENGINE"

                        After that i had a talk with the service supervisor, to which he said that he will again pick up my car tomorrow and get is cleaned/washed properly. Also the CNG expenses to be bear by him.

                        So just want to ask that which type of service is RANA MOTORS wants to deliver???
                        This is really disgusting & not at all expected from a reputed Brand...

                        On top of that the invoice given to me is not of my car instead it belongs to some Amit Khetrapal and his car make is "VITARA BREEZA".

                        I think the Whole Staff in this service center is either "DUMB" or the word "NEGLIGENT" is far shorter for the performance of this team. Dont able to understand why the people are so careless to their jobs, everyone wants to earn more, but without any efforts, without any performance????

                          Hi all
                          These all excuses are really seamless.
                          And really not expected from maruti, as we are working on a transport industry pan india basis and we have more than 67 cars from maruti suzuki.
                          Day by day the services are really falling down.

                          Our vehicle is almost ready and maximum it takes 2 days to get run as per the engineer who work on the vehicle. But as per showroom (Body shop) they need 15 days time to delivered.
                          As per engineer some of the product are misplaced by workshop (Product like : battery, ecm (As per engineer), cng ecm or similar (As per engineer) etc).

                          If the product are lost by showroom or bodyshop management why customer suffer for the same.
                          If the product is almost ready so why bodyshop need 15days to delivered
                          Also bring to your kind notice, this vehicle have a upcoming fitness on 28th october 2017, if fitness not done penalty per day is rs.1000 (Thousand).
                          If showroom or bodyshop responsible to pay the penalty for fitness we have no issue to wait 15 maximum days.

                              My car dl8caf7562 has run 6700 kms sofar. The car is having two free service, one paid service by rana motors and one free service by maruti service master, industrial area, new delhi. The vehicle is making heavy noise while running. The said problem was apprised to the person who attended me at the time of my last service. Due to this i am afraid of any mishap. Now i am stationed at ebs, babugarh. Please help.

                                On 21/08/17 your executive pick-up my car bearing number dl1cv9573 from my office when he reached my office i specifically mentioned in his book which defects need to be repair in my car. After complication of service he returned my car i checked i found my defects which not repaired by your service executive.

                                1. Theft alarm not repair however i mentioned his booking information sleep.

                                2. Damage area/ bumper not repair however i confirmed on phone when i received confirmation call that your car received at service centre

                                3. My car all tyre found long cut. When your executive reached to deliver the car i told him that about tyre he advised me to contact with service centre i called and asked about the said your service executive told me that he forget to check and he immediately complaint to mrf regarding tyre cuts and he also assured me that he confirmed me and gave me complaint number but till now i dont received any complaint number.

                                4. Washing quality zero i can share some photos which i was clicked dust not removed from windows and also from seats and floor. Regarding all issues i complaint same time to the service manager but till today not action taken by the service centre.

                                  Last month i have visited rana motors service center in okhala for regular service of my car. After getting all services done they handed over the car to me and i have paid all the due whatever they have ask me to pay at that time. But, now after so many days i have received the call from himmat singh in which he told me that we forgot to collect some charges of rs 1470/- and they dont even give me the proper bill for such charges. The language he using was very offensive.

                                  If this is how you will collect unauthorised charges then there is no need to make accounts departments, sales department. I am very disappointed with such service and feeling very helpless.

                                  I have also filed lots of complaint but did not received any response please look into this matter.

                                      I took my car for painting work in rana motors the way the did their work was pathetic then i complained them against their service and they called me back again and this thing happened thrice but again even after three times of same problem i'm still facing this. The material of paint or the way they guys are doing it is very bad. Denting is bad too but they guys are not understanding this thing. They charged from insurance company. Now finally as i already putted a complaint against you guys because this is high time now. Getting cracks and holes where you guys painted it's better to go to a local shop instead of rana motors very bad with finishing, your advisors even don't know how to operate. Stop making people fool at the time of delivery you always force people to give you 10 out of 10 and people are doing it too. But this is it now.

                                      Everytime you guys doing a very bad work in terms of your paint job if you guys are not good enough to do this its better to stop doing this. Bad with quality of paint and unprofessional as denting. I will take you to the court for sure this time.
