Rana Motors — Maruti swift car (DL1CN 7103) damage during pick and drop

Dear Sir,
I have book my swift car DL1CN7103 on 11 dec 2016. one of rana motor person picked my car and drop it after service after 6 pm. Rana motor service adviser forced me to net banking payment but i want a credit card swipe. next day i will checked my car front in bottom side was damage.
please do something regarding this issue.

Updated by yogi271982 i do not have receive any phone or mail regarding this issue. how complaint resolved
