To whomsoever it may concern,

A strange situation happened day before yesterday when two gentlemen landed in my house claiming that the Hyundai I10 Car No. DL 3C BR 8159 that I sold to Rana Motors, Kailash Colony in June 2018, still has RC on my name and these gentlemen wanted me to sign FORM 26 again.

I request you to check, if this is authentic and why my name has not yet been removed from the RC, even after 4 years.

Also, without my notice, my personal details were shared with gentlemen I don't know and therefore now am concerned about my safety.

Kindly look into the matter at the earliest and ensure the transfer happens duly, without any trouble to me.

    Hi, I purchased this car by exchanging my XUV 500, however they have an excess of 81000/- post the exchange and finance, I have been following up for the refund entire week but getting one excuse or the other in handing over the balance payment. Extremely horrible service experienced. Initially when I went to the showroom to buy the vehicle no one was interested in providing details or to sell the car, on escalating the issue to the GM of Safdarjung Showroom, I was a little better taken care of, however It was brought to my notice that I had Chalan worth 13500/ on my XUV which has to be cleared in cash before new car would be handed over, I requested if that amount can be adjusted in the excess which is due for refund, this request was refused that we cannot deliver a new car till the time this is paid in cash. Now when they have excess of 81000/- with them they are taking there own sweet time to refund the money. Ethically this should have been refunded at the time of handing over the new car, why should a customer has to follow up for his own money.

        Dear Team,
        this is to bring your notice that, car was given at your Gurgaon body shop for repair on May 24, 2021. during this COVID19 time i was requested you agent Mr. Jitender. Please help and do work on priority basis because i need to go office on daily basis and without car its was night mare for me.
        after inspection he said it will take 2 and half month for repair, was shocked to hear this from him, then i was asked him please make me speak with your supervisor. Post spoken with his supervisor got to know that as per my vehicle condition it will take max 20 days for repair but still my Jitender was not ready to listen the same and mentioned on my paper which was given to me post vehicle submittion by body shop are 1.5 month.
        this is really bad experience for me.

        then i demand for Lonar car because of long duration on which he denied and said for your card type (Aulto K10) we are not issue the loaner car.

        Is this the service and answer we expect from the reputed company's employee to customer. He was said the please raise complain anywhere i don't have any issue. How audacity he was having i was surprised.

        i understand i am owned your small car but still your customer and have all rights to use all facility provide by company (Maruti Suzuki).

        later on 09 June 2021 when i asked your executive please share pictures of my car, want to see how much work was done, first he ignored me and later on next day 10 June shared image on which some work was done. During our conversation i was treated like i am extra person and don't have any value exist for excutive.

        when i was not satisfied over phone with your executive, plan to visit your body shop to see my vehicle condition on 13 June 2010.
        During my visit same executive was siting on his desk and when i demand to see my car first he ignored me and asked my to wait for 30 min. when i again approach to him after 20-25 min and requested him please allow me to see my car but still he was ignored me.

        post all this he was take his adequate time and waited me, pleasure to see my car and got surpirse that no work was done from 09 June 2021.

        Post all episode i think your executive Jitender have personal issue with me and keep my car in body shop unnecessary and torch are me due to which i am sufferings.

        Please take necessary action against your executive and need revert on my compliant on urgent basis.
        and help me to handover my car to me if you are not able to do work on time.
        i will send this complaint to other department as well of Maruti Suzuki if no action taken by you / team

            I booked Celerio on 17th Dec. The showroom personnel kept on telling me the you will ge the car very soon, failing to tell me the production has been stopped by maruti. They knew it beforehand and even after visiting the showroom twice after 17th, they failed to inform about the same and kept me in the dark. The showroom employees failed miserably to pacify the situation or provide a resolution. It was a bitter experience which was totally unexpected of the name value of Rana Motors.

              The stupid # named sunny verma one of the sales executive has no knowledge on how to treat the customer and behave with the customer. Forget about to greet the customer or customer delight from his end. I really wonder, how has been a part of such a big retail sector or an organization. Being a customer we buy high value & expensive product & we have a every right to ask questions & get their answers in a proper & well mannered way from any sales executive with some kindness into it. He doesn't deserve to be a part of any customer retail sector. As, he can not actually handle the customers with patience at all. The same goes with another his senior goon named kamal khurana in the same branch of rana motors maruti suzuki showroom sec-29 gurgaon. Initially he tried to be helpful but an old saying a leopard can not change its spots. So, was he like sunny verma. Cowards & cowards are brothers! Try to avoid deal with this rana motors maruti suzuki showroom branch in gurgaon in sec-29 as long as you even deal with this branch try to avoid to deal with these two goons as mentioned above!

                I had sold my car in the name of parveen kataria car no. Hr26ar7346 in exchange offer to rana motors on 19th january 2017 and simultaneously rana motors sold my car to someone else but issue is that the car which was sold to rana motor is still running in my name and they have not transferred the ownership yet to person to whom it was sold on 19th january 2017. And for almost 3 years i have been following up with the associate of rana motors i. E mr paramjeet #[protected] & mr. Ajay saxena # [protected] and every time they give assurance that they will do but they do not do it. Every time they hang up the phone by giving false promises and assurance. This is been happening for past 3 years.
                I have attached documents kindly go through.

                  I purchased a alto car (Hr26bb6884) from rana motors gurgaon, during time of selling they have confirmed that car cng was on papers and they showed me a photostat of car rc in which cng was mentioned seperately, but when i purchased car in original rc cng was not updated for this i complained to rana motors immediately but they told me that it is by mistake and they will get it corrected sp first i can transfer rc on my name. But now when i have transferred car rc on my name, i am struggling with them to get it updated on papers. But no solution is provided to me from there end they are just giving me fake solution. This is fraud as they are cheating customers in this way pls look into this issue and provide me solution asap.

                      I sold my car no. Dl8ct 1472 (Hyundai, i10 era) to rana motors, sector-39, gurugram-122002, haryana on 28 may 2019.

                      The reason why i sold it at true value because of the trust that it won't be misused or any further sale would be to an authentic buyer and ownership transfer documents would be timely filed with rto... So that i could be assure of genuine and peaceful sale of my vehicle... But in my case, the trust has been breached by the rana motors gurugram branch... It have been 4 months now and they sold my said car to someone without rc transfer...
                      Last saturday, i got to know from keshav puram police station that car has been misused and recently hit a motor cyclist and is being detained. I am getting inquiry calls from the police station and they have asked me to visit the police station as well, since the vehicle is still registered in my name... I am sure i would be going through a lots of trouble and harassment and all because of rana motors who let my car misused or sold without completing the transfer formalities.

                      On top of it, i am getting continuous calls from rana motors true value representatives to give authorization letter for getting the car released...

                      I think this is a serious offence and breach of trust and i request competent authorities /suzuki to take strict action against the dealer. They are spoiling not only the brand image of company like suzuki but also risking the genuine parties like me.

                      Need immediate action to get rid of this harassment.

                        Purchased my car on 16th May 2019. I am having a problem with the car. The lights of various signs come on and the steering wheel becomes hard while driving. The first complaint was on the 14th June 2019 & the second was on 5th July 2019. If it happens the third time I will want you to give me another new car. I do not want a defective piece. If there are problems in the beginning now then there will b other major issues later on. Kindly look into this at your earliest. My car # HR 26 DY 8428. Bought from your Rajiv Chowk showroom.

                            We have done servicing of above mentioned car at your jahangir work shop vide your invoice no. 008/br/19002662 dated 11.05.2019. We are very much surprised to knew that you had mentioned in the service software about wiper blade need to be replaced but neither your service adviser nor any other person ask us about this. Software is your and you are open to feed anything for any vehicle whatever you like.
                            I took the delivery of our vehicle in person, but nobody even asked at that time about wiper blade. Yesterday during rain, when i use the wiper, the font rubber was broken. It should be replaced or atleast ask to replace the wiper blade. Further the seat belt is so dirty and black spot are visible on it. We would like to bring above facts and your quality of work done from your workshop.

                              I have give my alto car for service on 19/04/2019... Alongwith the service i told the adviser to do greasings of the doors... I have personally given the car for service around 8 a. M but my car was delivered around 6pm in the evening... Billing was done on much higher side... Today in morning when i opened the doors.. The gaskets of the door cameout.. I have been trying to contact the adviser satyajeet.. But he is disconnecting the phone.. The landline no of the workshop is continuously giving engaged sound... Now after paying for each and every jobs we have found that the job is not properly done... I am asking to refund back my money... And next time i will not give my car for service to rana motors.. It was a very bad experience... Expecting for quick action otherwise will lodge a complaint with higher authorities..

                                I own the car registration number dl 9cw 4201 wagonr duo since 2009 and regularly get it insured through m/s rana motors. Last time, i renewed my car insurance vide regn no. Dl9cw 4201 in the month of october 2018. Usually i get a free service coupon that is valid for one year, cover a few free car wash, discounts etc.

                                But, i have not received free service coupon issued by rana motors till date. I have made several phone calls and messages to the concerned executives, but no result. I have made so many calls to m/s neelam in this regard. Kindly arrange the same at the earliest.

                                  This is in reference to the servicing of our car swift dzire from your service centre. I thought your customer service would be good., so thought of mailing you first to find the solution, but unfortunately you don’t even bother to reply to the emails that you receive. We mailed you on oct 26, then on nov 02, but no reply received yet.

                                  This has been a very pathetic service and experience from rana motors.

                                  I gave my car for service on 30/09/18 and got back after 3 days.

                                  What the team has done to my car has been a drastic experience.

                                  They have replaced the battery and may be have put an old battery, as after the service my car’s battery has gone down 12-13 times in between and it was so difficult for me to push the vehicle alone to start the car in between the road. The car is used by my father as well as my wife which was much more painful for me when they had to wait for hours to get the car on side just because of your bad service (Pics of the battery before servicing is attached.)

                                  · the ac has stopped working effectively.
                                  · the alignment of the steering is disturbed.
                                  · on the back side tyres, there are so many jerks that it is so difficult for our parents to sit on the back seat.

                                  Moreover, earlier the central lock was working properly but after the service it stopped working. And when i did the complaint, they sent the engineer on the 2nd day and your service people denied that it was not working earlier and i am lying. And when i made them realize then also they were not accepting their fault.

                                  Such a customer harassment was never expected from your end. So please settle the matter immediately because now it is creating a lot of complications for me and give a proper service of the vehicle.

                                    Battery does not respond while standing for less thn 5 mins and the self does not wrk the engine does not strts. I have tried it even while switching off fm and fan with digital meter working but aftr 5mins the battery seems to be drained and it does not starts. This issue is serious and i have occured this 5 6 times. Pls solve the issue regarding ny battery of car.

                                        I had booked a maruti swift dlx car on 23rd may 2017 through the agent namely jha of rana motors gurugram through cpc by a booking amount of rs. 5000/- vide canara bank cheque no 900536 dtd 25 may 2017. Now due to non receipt of rates for cpc after gst, i had visited showroom on 15th july and cancelled my car booking. They told me that your refund will be deposited to your bank account. Refund cheque received in showroom on 21 july 2018 but not yet deposited in my account till date inspite of my repeated requests
