I want to share some facts about rana motors

On 21st april, i had given my wagon r lxi for service.Whole day the car was in the workshop & in the evening the service driver parked the car in the parking area.That day, i have checked, everything was fine with the car & all my problems were seem to be resolved.I paid rs 7800 for the service.
But on the very third day, i.E 23 rd april, my wife took the car to hauz khas & when she was coming back to home, the car was overheated, the coolant came out of the car & smoke is coming out of the boonet. Anyhow, , some roadside persons, helped her by putting some water on the engine, but on the way, the same problem came twice.
So, after many consistent efforts, anyhow, i managed to got the car back to my home.
Next day, i called the engineer who handled all the problems in my car during service.He told that a mechanic will soon inspect the problem behind the car.At 4 pm, the mechanic came & inspected the overheated problem.
He told me that radiator fan needs to be replaced as it was not working which results in overheating of car.Then again, i called the service engineer & told him the situation.He told me that it is not his fault, its an electrical part, we can't do anything.So, you need to spend rs 4000 for the fan.But when i told him that for the last 8 years, this kind of overheating problem did not come & why after service, the problem came after second day. He said electronic item can stop working at any time.Its not the service fault.
When i spoke to the manager & gm, all told me the same story instead of repairing the radiator fan or inserting a new radiator fan for free, all told me to spend rs4000 for the fan.
Moreover, in the bill, they have added the items which did not needs to be replaced at all, just to make the long bill they have added.Not only they had given me overheating problem, but also they overcharged for the service.
So, please keep in mind all the factors while giving your car to service at rana motors
