I purchased alto k10 car no dl1cv9934 on 4th feb 2017. It met with an accident on 7th may 2017 and on the same day it was transported at rana motors workshop rajasthan udyog nagar delhi workshop. As the car was fully insured by bajaj allianz. The workshop manager bhupinder kaushik assured us that it would be repaired within one month. No receiving was given to us, we were not informed when the inspection was done, no estimated bill was given to us, nor any consent was taken by us for repairing, neither we were intimated when the car would be opened. Only one message was surfaced regarding the repairement cost and the estimated is rs 0 with reference no jc17004350. On visiting him for the position of car he told us to deposit rs 11000 then only the car would be handed over. As i argued that you have flashed a message of rs 0 so why to par rs 11000. He said ignore those message. He showed me a page o his bill book that you have signed and undertook to pay the final amount. I have not signed any document and not received the copy.

    Sharing the bitter experience had with
    Maruti dealer:- rana motors pvt. Ltd.

    Due to non providing of temporary rc with vehicle, got harassed and penalty
    By the police persons.
    Dl1tay 4165 maruti dezire, took delivery from rana motor at iffco chowk, gurgaon
    Worse part of delivery team that they didn't given rc with the kit but
    Pr person confirmed that everything is there.
    This is how the service being provided by rana motors [ maruti distributor].
    My question they selling the car & getting the profit, and we the customer to
    Spend money for car & get trouble free for no good reason.
    Thanks a lot rana motor team.
    My request to every maruti car purchaser, please purchase
    Car from rana motors, as because you will have the followings:-

    1. Spend money for car... Will get free harassment.
    2. Will get tea / coffee at showroom for "badi badi batte"
    3. Pr madam will attend & force you to give rating highest
    After assuring everything is ok.
    4. Almost of all persons will ask regarding your feelings,
    For actually not providing the required things.

    Once again thank to maruti dealer - rana motors for awarding
    All the hassles.

      Dear rana moters,
      I was do our ecco care service at 2 april_2017 in (Qila no. 8/2. Mustakil no. 25, sector-17-18, dividing road, gurgaon, haryana - 120001.) by service advisor neeraj kumar - [protected], they have charge 18000, but after service my car creat more issue com pair than earlier service i was do service for solving issue but here create self start issue after service, i inform about this issue but they not solve my issue and he again demand with me near near about 3500 for resolving self starting issue in my car. This time i am very angry with rana moters service.

      I sent my car for insurance claim last week but they have not fit my window properly and polishing work is also pending.It was very bad experience with rana motors.
      this was my first experience and it was last now as they did not work properly.

        Sir, i have purchased a second hand car from your elite organisation bearing no-dl3cbf9695 during september 2016. at the time of my purchase it has been documentally declared that, the paper of the vehicle will be handed over to me within 02 months (60 days) from the date of purchase, after changing of the ownership. however, inspite of lapse of almost 04 months from the date of the purchase neither the ownership has been chaged nor any rc or other original documents have been handed over me so far. moreover, your representative i. e. karamveer having ph. no-[protected] has placed me in dark while contacting him over phone. he has also bound me to remit rs. 2500/- as processing fee for the bank loan opted for a sum of rs. 75000/- by me from kotak mahindra bank (sector-15 branch).in this regard i would like to mention here that, i had already paid rs. 1854/- in the form of processing fee to the said bank before the finance of my vehicle. the matter has already been considerably delay and i have been harrassed by your organisation as well as your representative a lot. hence, my grievances may be sorted out immediately unless i will be bound to take shelter to the door of the honourable court for the shake of my natural justice.

          Its been approx. 50 days since I purchased new maruti dzire from rana motors iffco chowk. but I have not been provided with permanent number for the same.. I am always following up with the sales team of the showroom but from their part it seems only sale was important as they never give me update about the same it seemss they are not concerned. Always giving one or the other reason for the delay. Also my car is standing with them since 22nd Jan'2017 as temporary on 14th Jan'17 was expired but they cant provide the services which I have paid them.

            Dear sir,

            I have placed wagonr car for service in rana motors two weeks back and the executive picked my car from my home and returned back after its service.
            When i checked the car, there is a small crack in the front glass which i immediately informed to the customer care/reception of rana motors at[protected] and after next two days i received a call from reception regarding note down of my query and again after couple of days the engineer mr. Pradeep saini contacted me. The car is again picked up from my house but mr. Pradeep refused to accept the damage and want to put the liability on me. I have informed him that the person who have picked up my car has agreed that when he picked up the car, there was no issue in the glass. It clearly means that there is certain accident occur during the services.

            I request you to kindly consider my request and get my glass changed without any charges as it is not my fault.
            However i have to take this call to maruti suzuki care.

              Maruti swift car (DL1CN 7103) damage during pick and drop

              I have book my swift car DL1CN7103 on 11 dec 2016. one of rana motor person picked my car and drop it after service after 6 pm. Rana motor service adviser forced me to net banking payment but i want a credit card swipe. next day i will checked my car front in bottom side was damage.
              please do something regarding this issue.

              I sent my car for routine service to Rana motors on 28th oct and from the time car came back it is giving overheating problem which upon showing company said that was since coolant had leaked but despite checking car twice the problem persists time and again my car has been taken to service centre and each time they say that they have cleaned the coolant refilled the same but problem persists I tried contacting Mr Dinesh Arora but he never responds my perfectly running car has been turned to a junk box by Rana motors due to their negligence or wilfully tempering which they have failed to rectify I have written to Maruti also but they too fail to respond I seek immediate attention to either rectify the problem permanently or replace my car.

                I baught a Dzire Lxi from Rana Motors Pvt Ltd Safdarjung Enclave in month of June, but till now i haven't face any problem regarding sales and any kind of issue, but for the past 2 days i was facing some problem and i went to rana motors Okhla service centre, and they told me that there is technical problem in Fuel Pump. but they are not willing to change it as they are saying that i have to pay for that why so pls look into the matter as solve my problem ASAP

                  2 weeks back I went to RANA motors Gurgaon service center for the servicing and major problem was 2nd gear slip . Really shocked to get the bill of 25800 ruppees and even after that the fault was not corrected for my complaint of 2nd gear slip ( Model Maruti Ritz) . Once reported that the problem still exists the service advisor told to change one more part later since the problem was not resolved. These hit and trial methods are not expected from such experienced staff, despite this the part was not available for 1 week. And now they are charging again for the new part as they suspect that there is one more spare required for the correction of this problem. That clearly means that the previous part (Ring assembly) which was replaced was not a solution and just a experiment. Really dissatisfied with the service and would not recommend any of my reference to get the service from RANA motors.

                    Dear team,
                    Its very horrific to be a customer of rana motors, since booking i have not recd the extra amount of approx 1500/- as committed by your show room team.
                    Very sad to say that rana motors-safdarjung people have cheated me on paper, for subject line car number.

                    On the other hand, services are third class as you people only take money and gives no satisfaction to your customer, i have complaint the same twice but till date it is not resolved... Air filter not changed, ac filter creating huge sound after the service, clutch is very hard - getting pain on my left leg since service, car not washed properly - i believe it is not washed, interior is not properly cleaned after services - black spots are all over the body are reflecting.


                    I have also contacted ms. Preeti on [protected] but did not get it resolved (Cash)

                    Today I want to service my car and a pickup schedule was set for today 9 am but nobody come and no one call me regarding my car pickup.
                    Very bad service in customer satisfaction. today I lost my busy schedule .
                    I think Rana Motor improve their service center and their call center. In future nobody face these types of problem.

                      I go there thrice for servicing and once for change for front glass of my car No DL8C AM1734 and every time I disappointed, erery time they damaged/ create more problem to my car, and when ever I informed them they advice me to bring my car there. My residence is near about 15kms from the service centre, so going there means covering a distance of 30 kms. I need to go there 2 times for changing my windshield but the problem is still with my vehicle. There behavior is good, but there servicing is very poor, so all are requested not to go there for any servicing and other work. Neither they nor the Maruti company had looked into my problems.

                        Complaint for poor paid service provided under mcp (Maintenance cost protect) launch by muruti suzuki company as told by rana motor workshop staff and to get refund full paid amount


                        Dear sir/madam,

                        I mahendra singh called by rana motor workshop over phone several time after three service completed under warranty for paid servicing of my vehicle dl8cak6463. Therefore on 18 apr 2016. An appt for serving on 19 apr 16 was fixed. They assured over phone that driver will pick up vehicle on 19 apr 15 from home however, no response but at about 1430h i made a call to workshop for the same then receptionist told me that on reaching veh at iffco chauk they provide me a guider however, there were no responses and i expanded 50 min in sector 14 to search workshop.

                        Mr rajkumar and mr pankaj provided me a rough expenditure details of normal paid service is rupees 12000/- and other mcp service rs 23000/- approx. I told them to start service but they told me that amount has to be deposited prior to commencement of vehicle service. Accordingly i paid rs 23535.66/- however, during the service i noticed that a worker filled engine oil approx 3.5 ltr in the engine and then took out approx 5.5 ltr from engine oil exit point. I asked the reason i am told that excess oil has to be taken back. I raised a question that how it can be assessed that they have filled engine oil excessive earlier in my absence. There were no suitable answer. It seems to be mix of engine oil and there is no fresh oil filled. Furthermore, on termination of service i am told to pay rs 316/- for consumable. So i deposited total rs 23535.66 and 316 i. E 23841.66/-. On checking vehicle was not properly service and even did not cleaned seat cover and footmat. I again told than they paid attention. Furthermore, i told above to change ac filter then they objected that for not changing the same stating that if it changed separate charge for change. I reminded that it was explain at the time of initial stage before depositing amount. The workshop was about to close and they gave me to sign a term and condition form for mcp voucher and they took signed over a terms and condition page which was not shown before depositing the amount. However, i told that there is no satisfaction about this service and i am not ready to be part of mcp and deduct only paid service payment and returned remaining amont but they shown inability for that and assured that amount will be refunded in next two days. I retuned with unhappily for poor service even after taking advance payment from me. I checked the complete mcp voucher after reaching home i fond they charged for wheel balancing 5 wheel but there were on 4 done. There is no report of wheel alignment. But they have charged for the same. I immediately rang up to mr rajkumar he told that it has been carried out for five and if not done then i have to visit again workshop. I told that if it is not done then why charged for it. He called me back on any day for the checking. I went on 23 apr 2016 again for their verification and to get my amount but they again told me that they could not forwarded mail to maruti suzuki company for cancellation and it will be refund before 29 apr 2016. But there is no feedback over it. Few days back i got a call and they asked feedback for service. I explained each everything in detail for not providing better service. However, there were no action to resolve my issue. I made regular contact over phone with mr rajkumar and mr pankaj but they just said me only words. When i insisted mr pankaj to give their higher authorities number and then mr naveen ranjan spoke and assured that he will refund amount within two days as there is a process for refund and he assured that his representative will to discuss how much refund is applicable. But he told me that certain amount will be deducted which i did not agreed. I explained ever details to him also but beside taking positive response he started to guide me that i have to request in black and white through mail for refund and cancellation fee will also be applicable. I told him that when there is no proper service of vehicle carried out they should take action to refund money beside argue over the issue. Finally, i upset while dealing with rana motor service pvt ltd and my entire amont has to be refunded immediately and also clarify the following:-

                        (A) whether mcp is a plan of maruti suzuki or it’s rana motor’s own.
                        (B) if it is service of rana motors only then why it is told to me that it maruti company’s plan.
                        (C) why should legally complain in consumer court to be lodged by me if i am not in receipt of money in full.
                        (D) how much time will be taken to refund the amount.

                          Hi all,
                          I want to share some facts about rana motors gt karnal road service centre.
                          On 21st april, i had given my wagon r lxi for service.Whole day the car was in the workshop & in the evening the service driver parked the car in the parking area.That day, i have checked, everything was fine with the car & all my problems were seem to be resolved.I paid rs 7800 for the service.
                          But on the very third day, i.E 23 rd april, my wife took the car to hauz khas & when she was coming back to home, the car was overheated, the coolant came out of the car & smoke is coming out of the boonet. Anyhow, , some roadside persons, helped her by putting some water on the engine, but on the way, the same problem came twice.
                          So, after many consistent efforts, anyhow, i managed to got the car back to my home.
                          Next day, i called the engineer who handled all the problems in my car during service.He told that a mechanic will soon inspect the problem behind the car.At 4 pm, the mechanic came & inspected the overheated problem.
                          He told me that radiator fan needs to be replaced as it was not working which results in overheating of car.Then again, i called the service engineer & told him the situation.He told me that it is not his fault, its an electrical part, we can't do anything.So, you need to spend rs 4000 for the fan.But when i told him that for the last 8 years, this kind of overheating problem did not come & why after service, the problem came after second day. He said electronic item can stop working at any time.Its not the service fault.
                          When i spoke to the manager & gm, all told me the same story instead of repairing the radiator fan or inserting a new radiator fan for free, all told me to spend rs4000 for the fan.

                          Moreover, in the bill, they have added the items which did not needs to be replaced at all, just to make the long bill they have added.Not only they had given me overheating problem, but also they overcharged for the service.

                          So, please keep in mind all the factors while giving your car to service at rana motors.

                          I booked my car from rana motors in janakpuri delhi. Amit who works at gurgaon rana motors attended me here for the obvious reasons. He committed 2 weeks and now is falling back on his promise. I am fed up of this and need a resolution asap.

                            We have booked MARUTI WAGON R VXI in BAKER CHOCLATE . Earlier they maintained to give delivery in 7 day but due to unavailblity they asked for 15 days which is fair enough. However I need it on for oacassion so again requested them for std 1 week delivery still they dnt have car in desired color. Finally asked my cancellation, to all my suprise they are ready with car in 2 days. Finally put mail, sms, hard copy to RANA MOTORS on 7 august till 1Sep 2015 I'm yet to see my reiversal amount of 5000. I have DZIRE car with me I will make sure with this experience I will not recommend anyone to buy Maruti I feel good that I didnt purchase and come to know the strategies of company.
                            Losing faith
                            I sent ca for services . But car not serviced properly except washing .Although billed for wheel balancing, allingment etc but nothing was done .. On my companit their mechanic checked and found problem but no action except false assurance
                            I have booked a car Wagon R-LXI with Rana Motors Safdarjung Enclave depositing 35, 000 rs though bank. They had promised me to deliver the car within a week. But even after 10 days they have not replied the reason of delay and now have stopped picking our phone. We offer them full amount to facilitate the delivery but all in vain.

                            I am still waiting .

                              I booked a Maruti Suzuki Celerio Zxi AGS more than a month back. I was told the delivery is late and can take upto one and a half month. About 4 days back somebody called up claiming from Rana Motors and said that no fixed time for delivery could be given and anything upto six months was possible. Working in the corporate sector I have seen some good companies going downhill, but this kind of a committment is ridiculous. Can somebody in Maruti Suzuki do something about this?

                                Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to above subject the details are as follows. 1. My WagonR car DL3CBS5536 serviced on 05/06/2015 vide bill invoice no- BR15003557 at wazirpur industrial area workshop. 2.Normal service of my car cost me Rs.10214/- without any major part change in service. 3.Before i send my car for service i never feel smell of petrol while using AC nor without AC.But after the service there is strong petrol smell of petrol in my car while using AC and during the time when i was not using AC. 4.I complaint regarding the problem on the same day when i drive my car.After that I personally visited your service centre on three different dates as per coordination with your team (Last visit on 25/06/2015) and they ensure me that the problem is resolved but true speaking the problem is still same. 5.Due to this problem my family member were very uncomforted as two of my family members suffering from allergic problem from such kind of smell. The trust which was build up by your marketing team due to which i purchase new SWIFT DZIRE car three month back from your end was vanished due to poor quality of service at your workshop. After spending a huge amount in service simple i bear a trouble from rana motors. I hope for your response and commitment towards customer service. regards Hemraj singh PH-[protected]

                                  Rana Motors (Gurgaon) never attend customer's complaint , always neglect their responsibility.

                                  I bought a new wagon R CNG and after just 4days, two of its tyres busted. The tyres had a valve problem. They are apollo tyres. Because of the valve the tyres losing air and the running car went down which resulted in tyre bursting. Went to Rana motors and explained to them the scenario and said that you people gave a defected car but they were trying to wash their hands rather than helping the client. Does anybody tire the tyres after just 4 days of buying an expensive car. For a middle class person it would be a expensive car. They say that valve problem is not the tyre problem .Such a cheap thing to do from their side. Without a valve how can a tyre run. Constantly in touch with Omkar and Manish Magoo at rana motor, Bikaji Cama Place. Its a more than a week, my car is at home, without tyres and no news and update from them. If we call them they dont pick up their phone. Maruti is going bad to worse thats why public now days are going towards international brands. Atleast they seek the interest of the public for their good will.

                                    I have got my Car service from Rana Motors on 24 April 2011; cash memo no BC1101088; they dint wash the car properly; vaccum was also not done properly.Service Executives are only concerned someone should get a underbody teflon coating or synthetic engine oil instead of normal oil.                                     i have got my insured Car claim done from Rana Motors on 21st august 2011; cash memo no1287 ; the repaired parts are also not repaired properly. apart from those damaged parts, other electric functions like meter lights, stereo, tail lights are not in working condition now. they didnt even wash the car properly; vaccum was also not done properly.

                                    I have purchased new swift dzire from RANA motors, wazirpur.
                                    for the same i paid them total amount as they have asked me to pay, what i see on receipt of invoice that bill amount is less than 2000 rupees than what i have paid to them.
                                    i asked to the person why you have taken the amount excess of 2000 rupees and not raised the invoice for same.
                                    the person told me sir you will get the differntial amount invoice and even after 3 months i have not received any such invoice.
                                    MARUTI so called dealer RANA MOTORS_CHEAT_THEY TAKE EXCESS MONEY AND BILL FOR THE LESS.
                                    recently he has given me invoice and to my surprise he has billed me perfume for rupees 1500/- which comes of rupees 200/- and with new car it is free.
                                    see what kind of fraudulent practice rana motors follows
                                    never ever purchase a car from CHEAT-RANA MOTORS.

                                    ALSO by now it is almost four months and this RANA motors has no commitment to fulfill _ they have not yet provided me the RC (MY CAR NO dl4cna6859) .
                                    what a dealer the primary job is not done and over that he says sir it is taking time i dont know why but i am with you sir...wow they cannot do their job and say that they are with me.

                                    RANA MOTORS _ FOOLS _ NEVER EVER _VISIT THEIR AND TALK TO THEM.
