This is to inform you that I have worked with Randstad India Limited for the period[protected] to 31.08.2011, I have not withdrawn provident fund for the said period and it went to inoperative account.

I have placed request with Randstad India Limited with all necessary documents to link my PF Number TNMAS[protected] with my UAN number[protected] so that I can withdraw or transfer PF...

I dropped many E-mails to HR and customer care but no one is giving any response. Its been 2-3 months since i am waiting for my Experience Letter....

Prior to Randstad, I was working with ALEXION BUSINESS SERVICES PVT LTD. I was laid off from Alexion on 31/12/2017. I had withdrawn my Alexion PF (MHBAN[protected] completely post 2 months of being without any job.

I later joined Randstad India Pvt. Ltd, as a contractor (09/05/2022 to 26/07/2019). PF account was created by Randstad TNMAS[protected].
Post Randstad, I joined Deloitte (29/07/2019 to 06/05/2022)...

It has been more than 6 months taking follow up, my issue is yet not resolved. My online transfer claim has been rejected by EPFO Chennai due to " EPS higher wages 15000". Every time i mark a mail to the team they issue a ticket no., I don't understand stand the point behind issuing a ticket no. When the team does not revert back and get the issue resolved, why toll free no. are provided when it is not being answered...

I am writing this because my PF transfer claim got rejected from EPFO. reason mentioned below.

has been rejected due to : 1) NOT A EPS MEMBER. HIGHER WAGES VERIFIED. SUBMIT EMPLOYER LETTER FOR EPS MERGER 2) FATHERs NAME DIFFERS

I have mailed several time and called but has not got response. Also generates different number ticket # Ticket No.76958 #Ticket No.80710 #Ticket No.84159 and many more.

I have called on customer care no - [protected] and also them many times on [protected]@randstad.in, But have not got any response expect that generate only Ticket ID which they Don't work on. My transfer Claim Status is pending from more than 2 months they not doing anything about it. This is highly unacceptable that for your own PF settlement you have to follow and company don't response....

I have resigned from the company on 13th October 2022 still haven't received any payment of FNF

Due to this my experience letter also got stucked...
