I am not able to transfer my epf since 2019 and still struggling with same issue

Initially issue was ) WAGES ABOVE RS 15000/- PENSION PAID, PLEASE CLARIFY THE PREVIOUS SERVICE 2) PREVIOUS PF ACCOUNT NO IS NOT CORRECT/MENTIONED but after many followup and submitting document more then 4 5 times they are list concerned about my issue. I could have died in these 5 years and gone through with horrible issue with COVID time and still they are saying there is an issue and all the time they are giving excuse that we have submitted the document but till now I am not able to transfer the issue and now the EPFO office gave the below reason:
NOT A EPS MEMBER. HIGHER WAGES. SUBMIT F/11 ALONGWITH EMPLOYER LETTER FOR EPS MERGER 2) FATHERs NAME DIFFERS

    Fraud and Fake commitment and missguide

    Few days ago employe from randstan name Kajal Prakash Kurade employe I'd 2261993 has cheated me.
    She call me and tell me that she will give a SBI credit card with 2.5 lack limit
    And card gave actual limit is 28000 only for her own profit she gave me fake promise and missguide me.
    And most important is I try to connect with her but she didn't respond me and she's...

    Few days ago Employee from Randstad Name Kajal Prakash Kurade 2261993 call me for SBI credit card and tell that she gave me 1 lakh + limit and it's actual limit is 28000 I try connect with her she didn't respond me and not receiving my calls....

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    This is to inform you that I have worked with Randstad India Limited for the period[protected] to 31.08.2011, I have not withdrawn provident fund for the said period and it went to inoperative account.

    I have placed request with Randstad India Limited with all necessary documents to link my PF Number TNMAS[protected] with my UAN number[protected] so that I can withdraw or transfer PF amount to my current PF account.

    Almost 10 months passed but still linkage for said PF number with UAN is pending at EPF Chennai Office.

    Please Help .

      Dear Team,

      This is DINESH GYANANI, My employee code is - 1495
      5643.

      My contract is ended 2 months back, but till date not received my EXPERIENCE LETTER & DATE OF EXIT is also not marked in PF portal.

      I dropped many E-mails to HR and customer care but no one is giving any response. Its been 2-3 months since i am waiting for my Experience Letter.

        Prior to Randstad, I was working with ALEXION BUSINESS SERVICES PVT LTD. I was laid off from Alexion on 31/12/2017. I had withdrawn my Alexion PF (MHBAN[protected] completely post 2 months of being without any job.

        I later joined Randstad India Pvt. Ltd, as a contractor (09/05/2022 to 26/07/2019). PF account was created by Randstad TNMAS[protected].
        Post Randstad, I joined Deloitte (29/07/2019 to 06/05/2022) and now currently working in UBS (since 09/05/2022).

        My PF transfer from Ranstad PF account to Deloitte and now even UBS is being rejected by EPFO field office (Rejection reasons attached). I have been chasing Randstad PF helpdesk since 2020. They had suggested withdrawal initially and since due to pandemic offices were closed, they asked me to submit documents post office opening.

        When i contacted Randstad again after offices opened, for checking if I can transfer instead of withdraw, I am getting no support, Randomly they are asking for PF passbook or other documents and then no reply post documents are provided.

        I am attaching Rejection reasons snapshot and Service history details for your reference.

        Kindly help with getting my PF transfer done from Randstad to current UBS account. Due to this issue, even my Deloitte to UBS PF transfer is being rejected. So first I will need to resolve Randstad PF issue for getting my hard-earned money transferred.

        Multiple emails for support sent to: ask.[protected]@randstad.in, [protected]@randstad.in and epf.[protected]@randstad.in

                  Dear team,

                  It has been more than 6 months taking follow up, my issue is yet not resolved. My online transfer claim has been rejected by EPFO Chennai due to " EPS higher wages 15000". Every time i mark a mail to the team they issue a ticket no., I don't understand stand the point behind issuing a ticket no. When the team does not revert back and get the issue resolved, why toll free no. are provided when it is not being answered by the team. It has become a challenge for me to get my money. Highly disappointed with the services of the team.

                        I am writing this because my PF transfer claim got rejected from EPFO. reason mentioned below.

                              Hi,

                              I have been following-up for getting my Provident Fund Scheme Certificate for the past 7 months. Inspite
                              of repeated reminders no action has been taken by the Ranstad EPF Team. This has been escalated to
                              the Regional PF Commissioner through a Grievance and as per their advise again following-up with the
                              Ranstad EPF team but so far no reply received from their end.

                              Hope this will be taken seriously and instruct your Team to resolve ASAP.

                                PF escalation - PF transfer

                                I have called on customer care no - [protected] and also them many times on [protected]@randstad.in, But have not got any response expect that generate only Ticket ID which they Don't work on. My transfer Claim Status is pending from more than 2 months they not doing anything about it. This is highly unacceptable that for your own PF settlement you have to follow and company don't response....
