Rao Holiday Membership — Membership Plan false commitments and not refunding money back

I have enrolled for membership with Rao holidays through their executive who contacted me for the same. I paid a total amount of 119500/- towards the membership fees.

I received welcome mail with membership id. I mailed the booking desk about my vacation plan to reserve my accommodation. Booking desk denies my booking saying destination is not included in the plan. I requested multiple times to share me the plan details and where it was mentioned as excluded destinations. Representatives have no answer for that and keeps denying the booking with copy paste replies without even undergoing the questions asked about the plan.

I demanded my money back, because they cannot fulfill their own commitments, they are neither willing to do the same.

From 15 days I had done multiple calls, mails to Rao Holidays Booking team, Sales Representative, CRM and now raising complaint to take legal action
