We have all mail replies how we are struggling to take booking and how much you have given and in which star hotels given and I know the term and condition and how the customer care team black mailing at last movement we know that let we see, I don’t want booking now onwards why I need to beg ur company I paid 1 lakh so I have rights to take booking and see previous mails then came to know how was your company, if mailing for booking no one not giving proper reply so too bad company I don’t like to continue as ur worst company I will take my refund legally I know that…. From today onward I don’t want any booking from your company, too much struggling to take booking so I will take my refund via legally, I had taken 5 night bookings out of 35 nights and in that 5 night hotel booking you had given 2 star and 3 star hotel bookings but I had taken 4* and 5* hotel booking in my membership for 1 lakh for 5 years and previous I requested 7 night current year booking that also too struggling and at last movement only company provided 5 night booking out 7 nights then last few day to going trip I make another 2 night bookings myself if I have current years 7 night bookings also, it’s too irritating by customer care support team, at last movement they said if you want 5 night booking you can take otherwise we will cancel that also like that customer care people said, I will take my refund legally with interest and penalties and emotional stress, loss of my time, all payment will take back legally so I don’t want membership from your company… thanking you….
