Rao Holiday Membership Complaints & Reviews

Instantly we taken membership 1 lakh for 5 years and 35 nights and too much struggling to give booking and low grade hotel booking they had given and we are asked 7 nights hotel booking and at last movement they given 5 nights booking then 2 night we booked by self with high cost due to trip near days so now we are mailed to sent list of hotels in Coorg and this time also no one replied and last moment they are providing low class hotels...

I had taken membership with Rao Holidays paying Rs.28000 for a year. We were trying book a resort for day with one of their tie-ups. There was no response for our first mail for 3 days, i tried contacting the representatives who we first signed up our agreement with. They didnt respond. I called up customer care and they said those people who signed up the contract left the company. Meanwhile, they gave a quotation of how much we to pay extra....

We dad taken membership in Rao Holidays, for 5 years @1, 00, 000 rupees, and we had requested for 7 Nights, 8 Days hotel booking via mail on 15 days back but still now no one reply so i need to lodge the case on them for my 1, 00, 000 rupees refund with fine 2, 00, 000...
