My self sanjay pal, booked 1 bhk in 2011 on promise of giving flat in ready possession within 3 yrs i. E by 2014. Its endless follow up with team naigaon (With mr sunil tiwary) since then and false promises one after the other and it s been 6 yrs and nothing is delivered on ground. Due to some credibility of rashmi in market i had recommended my 3 other relatives who also booked and now suffering of wrong commitment. Phase 4 work is still on hold without any firm reasons of delays. Rashmi Housing customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 06, 2017 Updated by pal89 After posting the complaint had telecom with RASHMI team who informed that work will re-start in full swing from 1st july 2017. I had again contacted them for the status of work to which he informed the work will resume in August without giving any thought. Since Last three years from 2014 they are making false commitment one after the other. Its very disappointing that after taking hard earned money builder is showing such a casual approach and still there is no clarity when the work will resume and what is the deadline for possession. During todays telecom they had given yet another deadline to start work and for possession as usual next year 2018. Kindly advise we are in deep trouble.

Had booked in same phase-4, on last visit to site on 11th Feb 2018 they are telling work will be started in April 2018. Can we register complain against this builder in RERA??

Hi,

I also booked 2 farmhouses in Star City Bombay but I guess these people done fraud with all the customers...Lets show the unity and need to take a legal action against these guys..

Both are same?
