Rashmi Housing — no possession given on promised date

Hi myself ashish mishra had booked the flat at rashmi housing phase-4 in type b.

Booking date was dec 2012 & possession was to be given on dec 2016
After continuous follow up with there representative mr sunil, every time the are giving new dates. Its 13 story building but only 11 floor is completed. Constriction is totally on hold. Almost all projects are on hold for construction work.
On asking to refund amount, every time they are misguiding & telling new story.

I had again visited site on 11th feb 2018 but problem not resolved.

Can any one advice to register in rera. They even dont have rera number.
