Rashmi Housing — non possession of flat

Sir,

We have book the flat of Rashmi Builder at Rashmi Pink City, Naigaon in Aug 2010. Builder had promised us that the possession will be given by December-2014 as per the MOU signed between builder and myself.

It's almost 6.5 years and there is no clue of possession. One of the worst builder in India. The builder gives same excuse of govt. rules and regulations, local issues, etc...

No one in this universe knows by when this builder will able to give the possession. We have made a huge investment and suffering from last 6 years. All out efforts are in vain, it's now useless to followup with this fooling builder.

Request your help in getting the flat possession at the earliest.

Rashmi Housing — flat not received after 7 years

Rashmi Builders in Naigoan has a worst service and the backlog of 10 years and running. The buildings are not completed. They have good service till you become customer. They are like mud, money invested or given will go on waste and People like Sharmila (DEMON), Kishore, Sunil, Tiwari all are pathetic.
