Rashmi Housing — not getting possession of flat phase iv naigaon rashmi star city

I have booked the flat in star city phase 4 in sept 2011 but till date i have not received possession of flat... They had confirmed while booking that we will give the possession in 4 yrs... Now we are not receiving any proper confirmation... When they will give possession... As per retail registration they have taken the date of completion of project in year 2025. We headed in the news that they are defaulter of 26 crore for private lender... Pls help to recover our money with interest or possession of flat in this year.
