Rashmi Housing — Phase 5

I have a booking in a phase 5 in Naigaon. The building is untouched since 4 years or more than that maybe. They only postponed the dates everytime I ask for the progress.. always give lame reasons. I see buildings near to this project are already completed. But this one is still stuck with no progress. Only Rashmi builder is facing wetland issues.. sounds so fake and vague.. There is Sunteck who started recently and almost completed a big tower there..

Please let us know a concrete date of possession and share the rera number.
