Rathimeena Travels — Regarding bike transport through parcel service

I have sent my bike from chidambaram to trivandrum through your parcel service and I received it 3 days later from the promised delivery date with a lot of damages on my bike. The vicer fixed in front is lost and lot of scratches and dents in bike such as clutch and brake levers, mud guard, silencer etc. and there are lot of blue scratch marks all over the bike. The handle bar got bent and clutch unit is downed and engine oil is completely drained. When I started the bike there was a lot of screeching sounds from the engine and I had to book breakdown assistance to get my bike to the service centre. They are estimating bill around 6000 rupees for repairs. I have been continuously calling to various numbers including your specific customer care complaints number and none of them responded properly. I have lost almost full day fixing these problems and still not fixed. Please respond for this complaint mail atleast. Thanks
