[Resolved] Razorpay — amount debited from account but ticket not booked

Booked Ticket on IRCTC using Razor pay amount debited INR 620 but IRCTC website showing Payment Pending from Bank End. Kindly confirm as neither I am able to book new ticket nor I am able to get the status of the booking.
I'm not able to confirm the details from RazorPay because there is no option available to contact the customer care
