[Resolved] Razorpay — amount debited from bank and paid to razorpay upi address on irctc but ticket not booked

Hello,

I made payment through upi mode Via [protected]@hdfcbank upi to Irctc, ticket is not booked and status showing on Irctc website i.e.payment not received from bank end. amount debited but ticket not booked so i need full refund.

transaction id- SDB807360

Please, help to sortout this issue and provide me a refund as earlier as possible,
