Razorpay — amount deducted but no further response

I dont have any account in razorpay pay but for booking a train ticket under upi transaction i chose razorpay because there was no other option. The gateway was passed successfully and even the amount from account got deducted but after that no response my ticket also didn't get booked and in the irctc app it's showing under failed transactions and the reason mentioned was no response from razorpay. There is no helpline to call this razorpay too one of the worst gateway.
