Hi team 06.03.19 i paid 11574 rupees loan due amount moneyview using ur razorpay. Amount deducted my bank account but server failed not connect moneyview page. Its no one conformation message or mail receive moneyview side. And also check mini statement that amount 11574 deducted razor pay (Ecommerce). I copied for my text message for ur reference. Thank you for using state bank internet banking. Reference no. For transaction of rs. 11574.0 from a/c ending 8051 to razorpay (Ecommerce) on 06-mar-19 at 07:45 is igafohqkz0. If not done by you, forward this sms from mobile number registered with sbi to [protected] to block your inb credentials. You may also call[protected]. Verified Support Mar 11, 2019 Razorpay Customer Care's response Hey Murugaraj, We checked our logs and see that your transaction pay_C3vux52WNXp70s has been processed successfully through Razorpay, however, the merchant has not acknowledged the same.
