[Resolved]  Razorpay — amount deduction

Hi,
I am ajay singh patel.
I was booking train ticket in irctc rail connect app via razorpay payment mode.
Amount has been deducted but ticket is not booked.
App showing no response from razorpay bank.
Because of your bank has not responded ticket is not booked but amount is deducted from my account.
So please refund my amount asap.

We checked the transaction with reference number [protected] and see that it is an unsuccessful transaction. If the funds have been debited and you have not got a ticket confirmation from IRCTC, you will receive the credit within 10 working days. Kindly drop us a mail on [protected]@razorpay.com for further details regarding the same.

I have booked ticket by using razorpay by my debit card, but ticket wasn't booked and refund not got yet, it's almost about 14 days.
