My name is Md afroz. I am an existing customer of razor pay, On 3rd November 2020 I made a payment. But due to some issue payment got hold and till now there is no update. Razorpay customer care number is not responding, They are not providing any help from mails. Its been around 2 weeks but till now my payment is not settled. I want resolution of my issue and for your refrance I am attaching screenshot of my payment which is not sattled yet. Kindly provide me solution of this issue.
