Upi id : [protected]@upi Date: april 2018 at 12:57:35 Transaction amount :1240/= I am try to book ticket using irctc android app and pay using bhim app. Bhim app shows transaction approved but irctc app shows no response from bank. Verified Support Apr 22, 2018 Razorpay Customer Care's response Hi Abhishek, We checked the UPI ref.no- `[protected]`of ₹ 1, 240.00 made on April 21st 2018 and see that it is an unsuccessful transaction.If the funds have been debited and you have not got a ticket confirmation from IRCTC, you will receive the credit in 10 working days. If you do not receive the refunds, Feel free to drop us a email to [protected]@razorpay.com with a copy of your bank statement from the date of debit till date. We will be glad to help.
