[Resolved]  Razorpay — buy a top

I'm subhashree from bhubaneswar odisha. I have buy one top on oct 27th morning from fashion dairy. This site has no cash on delivery option. So, i paid money and buy top. The site sms me that i will get top after 10 to 13 days. But till now i did not get any top or any sms. I want to know is this a fraud site or i have refund money back. So i want to know that what is the process i will get the top, or i will get top or what the company will do for me. Give a valuable ans and send money or top

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I had booked a ticket through irctc on Dt-10/11/2018 by razorpay . my ticket transaction was failure but my Rs1495.49 has been debited.my transaction ID-[protected]. Please refund money in my account early.

Message kiya sir g kuch reply aaya nahi aur mera amount refund nahi aaya so please my refund amount I am wait waiting already 20 kis din but my amount refund please help me razor customer care toll free number incorrect
