[Resolved]  Razorpay — didn't get the refund for irctc failed transaction id-[protected]

On 26th of april 2018, i was trying to book a tatkal ticket on irctc app through razorpay, the transaction was dropped as no seats were available, but the amount was deducted from my bank account. Its more than a week now, and still the refund has not been processed. The transaction id is [protected]. Please look into this matter and refund my amount asap.
