[Resolved] Razorpay — failed transactions in irctc ticket booking through razorpay. | |||
Hi, I have booked two tickets from irctc app from razorpay payment gateway using upi. The tickets have transaction ids - [protected] (Booked on 19 march 2019) and [protected] (Booked on 23 march 2019). Amount has been deducted from bank account i. E. Inr 1890.49 for both transactions but the ticket is not booked with payment status - "pending from bank end". Since the tickets are not being booked, i am expecting refunds for these failed transactions so that i can book a new ticket for my travel. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Mar 28, 2019 Razorpay Customer Care's response Hi Debangshu, We see that a refund was successfully processed for transaction: [protected] on 24th Mar, 2019. Whereas transaction: [protected] is an unsuccessful transaction. You will receive the refund credit for the same in 7-10 working days.
