Razorpay — payment deducted and still fastag card not received

Dear Sir

I have done the payment for buying fastag card through razorpay. Amount got deducted but fastag card is not received till now..

Fastag is not responding to my phone calls or e-mails..

Pleade support in resolving the issue or refund my amount of rs375.
