[Resolved] Razorpay — for refund

I had book ticket from irctc on 26-april-2018 but ticket has not confirmed and get cancelled but no refunds has been found please help me. So request razorpay to refund my payment please. Irctc refund razorpay but razorpay not refunded me.
My transaction id is in the pic which i had given you. Please refund me the money.
My name is vasu gupta please help me.
