[Resolved]  Razorpay — fraud avoonik paid through razorpay

Need refund payment of rs. 399 - against transaction id[protected] of my debit card. I have done this paid but this company not send the product nor refund the amount, it is fraud company.

Comapny address - a-4 sarju commercial near ambe part tapi road surat

India - 395005

This payment portal company have the liability for customers cheated by a fraud company.

Do the needful otherwise i have to go against this portal company also.

Maine 10 NOV 2018 ko 2211 ka payment kiya KRAZYBEE ko.money debit hua lekin KRAZYBEE ko nhi mila.aaj 8 din hua .Muze problem ho raha hai aap ko baje se ..

I am a customer of ethnic deal online shopping. I ordered a kurti from the online shop on[protected].But I didn't get the product. Razorpay is the payment gateway of the online shop.I emailed two times.But I didn't get any satisfactory answer. So please take necessary action.
