[Resolved] Razorpay — irctc payment through razorpay upi is failed, but refund is not processed

I tried to book a ticket in irctc using Razorpay UPI method. The payment got failed and the ticket was not booked. But the amount is taken from my account. Refund is not done till now.

Transaction amount:1115.0
Date of Booking: 06-Mar-2018

Razorpay is worst payment gateway I have ever seen. My advice for people out there is dont use razorpay for any transactions. Its been 14 days since the failed transaction and the amount is still not refunded.
