[Resolved] Razorpay — irctc refund amount not yet received | |||
Hello team, I booked a ticket with irctc through razorpay gateway, and this booked ticket was cancelled, the amount refunded by IRCTC to the razorpay account, the REFUND ID is [protected] but i am not using any razorpay account please refund my amount on my bank account. In the process of booking tickets in irctc app through Bhim ID. My money got debitted but I didn't get my reservation.
Please refund the money asap.
We checked the transaction 815807660922 made on 7th June, 2018 and see that this is an unsuccessful transaction. If the funds have been debited, you will receive the credit in your account within 7-10 working days.
