[Resolved]  Razorpay — irctc refund

I booked a train ticket worth 830 rs by using irctc connect app and paid the amount using razorpay-sbi debitcard. The ticket was not booked in tatkal quota but for some reasons, it not get confirmed and cancelled automatically and it's been 10 days refund amount isn't deposited to my respective bank. Irctc is showing that the amount deposited to razorpay but these guys aren't depositing to my account. Please solve issue quick. My transcation id=[protected].

Updated by mit9998 IRCTC REFUNDED IN RAZORRPAY BANK.BUT AFTER THAT 7-8 WORKING DAY STILL I CANT RECEIVE MY MONEY IN MY BANK ACCOUNT.U SAY THAT PAYMENT REFUNDED IN BANK.BANK SAYS ME GIVE THE PROOF OF RAZORPAY.WHAT WILL I DO.WE WILL CANT REACH UR CUSTOMER CARE ANYTIME.
