[Resolved]  Razorpay — irctc refund

Booked ticket on 20th april 2018 (Pnr no [protected]) using debit card and cancelled on same date amounting to rs 355. Details of transaction

On irctc site showing refunded but bank is saying no such transaction has been made and money is still not been refunded.

Money debited but ticket couldn't be booked. As per IRCTC payment was not received by Razorpay. Plz return my money ASAP.

How are the Razorpay officials that they haven't replied yet over my issue .
