[Resolved] Razorpay — irctc refund not credited in my bank a/c | |||||
Hi razorpay, Irctc refund status I had made payment for booking irctc tatkal wl ticket through razorpay on 10.12.2018 transaction id [protected]- amount rs.770.98 /- Irctc has cancelled ticket due to it was in tatkal wl and refunded the ticket amount to razorpay on 14.12.2018 irctc transaction id [protected], an amount of rs. 770.98/- I would like to know my irctc refund status for above case. I have attached the booked tickets mails, cancelled confirmation mails and amount refund mails for you reference. If you need further information, pls let me know. Verified Support Dec 25, 2018 Razorpay Customer Care's response HiWe checked the transaction ID: [protected] and see that a refund rfnd_BWRWP0T2lMV0EF was successfully processed on 11th Dec, 2018. Irctc say I have not received amount.but upi said payment successful.
We checked the transaction ID: 100001578980250 and see that a refund rfnd_BZaZhJ8dQCFDnF was successfully processed on 19th Dec, 2018.
