[Resolved] Razorpay — irctc refund | razorpay

Hi,

I have done my payment in irctc through razorpay and used tez application for upi transaction, the amount is inr. 870.

Issue is amount was debited and debited to requester account but unfortunately the ticket was not booked. I think that's my bad time. : (

Please let me know when i will get the refund amount back to my bank account. I juz contacted tez support they told like usually it takes 1 hour after the refund process initiation. So kindly confirm the status of my refund initiation.

There were three tickets that i cancelled on different dates but i never got a refund for any of the tickets which were paid through razorpay. The irctc site is showing that the amount was refunded. However, there was no refund message from the respective bank. Please see to it.

We see that the refund for the txn ID 100001341364537 has been successfully processed for the amount of ₹ 3, 085.00 on July 6, 2018 and the refund for the transaction ID 100001374677123 for the amount of ₹ 1, 945.00 has been processed on August 7th 2018.

Payment made to Razor pay twice as in attached pic. Tickets weren't booked in IRCTC app. Looking for refund of Rs. 1040. I am not sure how to contact razorpay for a refund.
