Hello razorpay, My irctc payment using razorpay payment gateway got failed twice today on 10th october. Amount debited from bank but not received refund. On irctc status of these transaction is - failed transaction ; ticket not booked. Nov 24, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Razorpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 16, 2018 Razorpay Customer Care's response Hi Anirudh, We checked the transaction associated with UPI transaction ID:[protected] and see that the refund is successfully processed from our end on 14th Oct, 2018.
