[Resolved]  Razorpay — irctc ticket not booked, amount deducted, please refund my amount

Hello razorpay,

My irctc payment using razorpay payment gateway got failed twice today on 10th october.
Amount debited from bank but not received refund.
On irctc status of these transaction is - failed transaction ; ticket not booked.

Transaction i'd

1) upi transaction i'd[protected]

2) irctc transaction id-[protected]

Kindly check and process my refund

We checked the transaction associated with UPI transaction ID:[protected] and see that the refund is successfully processed from our end on 14th Oct, 2018. You should receive the credit within 5-7 working days.
