[Resolved] Razorpay — loanfront repayment problem refund my money

I am paid the loan front repayment but not conformation in loanfront app my money deducted in bank account... No confirmation payment details in loanfront status still

Today I am paid repayment
The loan front customer care says
The repayment you tried paying via razorpay has failed. The amount will be reversed by the concerned party. Request you to contact razor pay customer care... Please🙏🙏 refund my money in the bank... Penalty is running my loan please refund my money

While booking ticket from irctc i choose payment option googlepay upi and Money deducted from googlepay upi but not showing any booked ticket transcation in irctc.
Even not showing any record at failed transction in irctc app. Goolge pay is showing payment successful.
