Verified Support Apr 03, 2018 Razorpay Customer Care's response Hi Sushil, We checked the transaction [protected] of ₹ 1, 140.00 made on 1st April 2018 and see that it is an unsuccessful transaction.If the funds have been debited and you have not got a ticket confirmation from IRCTC, you will receive the credit in 10 working days.
