[Resolved]  Razorpay — money debited from account but irctc shows pending from bank end

Address:Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, 208016

Booked ticket on irctc using razorpay upi (Razorpay. [protected]@hdfcbank) as payment method on 24 november 2018. Rs. 1355 was debited (I have attached the screenshot of payment). But the transaction status on irctc website shows - "pending from bank end". The money has been debited and i also received a message from the bank which mentioned the upi reference no.[protected]. My upi id is [protected]@okhdfcbank.
Please look into the matter at earliest.
