[Resolved] Razorpay — money deducted but irctc website shows pending from bank end

I had booked a ticket through IRCTC website.
Below are the details:
Booking transaction ID: [protected]
Reservation ID: [protected]
It is showing 'pending from bank's end' because of which I m not able to book a new ticket as confirmation about whether the transaction has failed or not is not yet provided.
Please respond and help as soon as possible.
